The Full Body Roll Up With an Inflatable Ball
The full body roll up can be done on a small inflatable ball. First, lie down on your back, on the floor. Place the ball between your knees and place your feet flat on the floor. Your arms should be straight up above your head so that they are parallel to the ground. Now squeeze your abs and lift your torso, bringing your arms over your head. Reach forward until your finger tips extend as far as your toes. Now recline again to your original position. Repeat the movement for 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

The Crunch With an Inflatable Ball
To do a crunch on an 8” inflatable ball, begin by lying on your back on the floor. Place the ball between your legs. Lift your legs so that they are bent at the knees. Your lower legs should be parallel to the ground. Your arms should be straight at your sides and parallel to the ground, pointing in the same direction as your legs. Lift your shoulders and your upper back off the ground to do a crunch as your arms move forward and stay parallel to the ground. Lower yourself and repeat the motion for 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
