The Row On One Knee

To do a row exercise on one knee, use only one arm to hold the dumbbell.  Begin by kneeling on your right knee on the bench.  Use your left hand to grab a 5 lb. dumbbell.  You should use your right hand to steady yourself on the bench.  Bring the dumbbell up to the level of your chest and your elbow should be in back of you.  Now lower it toward the floor again. Repeat the motion for 3 sets of 12 repetitions on each arm.
