The Hip and Glut Stretch

Try out this hip and glut stretch at the end of your workout.  You can start by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet planted on the floor.  Cross your right ankle over your left knee.  Now join your hands under your left thigh and bring your left knee and right ankle to your chest.  Hold for 30 seconds and then switch legs and repeat the stretch on the opposite leg.

The Reclining Calf and Hamstring Stretch

The reclining calf and hamstring stretch can help with the flexibility in your legs.  Begin by lying on your back on the floor.  Grab a towel and sling it around your right foot and holds the ends with your right hand.  Tighten your abs and straighten your right leg until it is perpendicular to the floor.  Hold the stretch for 30 seconds and then lower your right leg to the floor.  Now switch legs and repeat the movement.
