Yoga: Forwad Bending

This pose is great for stretching out the legs and strengthening the biceps.  Begin with your feet together, suck in your stomach and stretch up towards the ceiling.  Bend forward at the waist bringing your hands to the floor.  Grab your heels from behind, pinkies touching, and slowly start to straighten your legs keeping your fore head to your legs and stomach on your thighs.  Hold this pose for 30 seconds and release.

Yoga: Four Limb Staff Pose

This is a challenging pose similar to a push-up.  Coming from Plank pose, slowly lower your torso and legs to a few inches above and parallel to the floor.  Keep the elbows close to the body in a 90 degree angle.  Hold yourself in this position by keeping the abs pulled in tight and keep the head in a neutral position.  Release with an exhalation and lay yourself lightly down onto the floor.
